Looking both midcentury and contemporary, here’s a piece of timeless design. By power couple, John and Sylvia Reid, it’s from their renowned, modernist C range that they designed for Stag in the 1950s. The Australian walnut here makes a refreshing change from teak and the richly marked, dark grain is striking across the exterior surfaces. The overall design is refined, clean-lined and minimalist with long, lower recessed handles. We love the matt black trim framing the front and mirror, echoed in the drawer handle insets and tapered legs. A stylish design touch. The mirror is generous as is the dressing table top for spreading out powders and rouges. Below are three deep drawers providing lots of bedroom / dressing rooms storage. A Brit midcentury classic.
